Askoll Holding coordinates, controls and gives active support to all the group's activities. Askoll Holding provides the ground units with all the departments essential for growing and winning market shares.

Operational management
Coordinates and directs the resources and activities of the business units of the Group. This continuous interaction has allowed all the companies to grow and become points of reference in their respective markets.

Administration and treasury
The size of Askoll demands exacting financial management. Controlling flows and checking the accuracy of operations ensures the Group always has the resources to finance development projects.

Legal and patent office
Dozens of patents registered all over the world give an idea of Askoll’s great innovative capacity. The day to day work of the Legal Office is proof that Askoll is ever more a point of reference in technological innovation.

Marketing
Askoll marketing is an open door to the future. Its main task is to provide management with indispensable analyses for evaluating the benefits of investing in a new product: from market analysis to economic/financial business simulations.

EDP
The EDP office takes care of information strategies: it controls and develops the Group’s ‘nervous system’.

Safety and general services
Safety and general services office coordinates and rationalises all operations: from construction of new factories through to their normal maintenance. It also implements systems to manage health and safety at work.

Budgeting and control
It is a key tool for the Askoll Group: it has to guide individual and organisational behaviour to achieve business goals, checking their validity compared to changing situations generated by the business environment.

ARU - Human Resources Area
Human resources are the basis of the Group’s success. The personnel office places great emphasis on training, with regular courses for all Askoll staff, and is always in search of new, valuable resources.
