The SMT department ensures high-precision automated assembly of SMD components. With advanced equipment, we guarantee reliability, quality, and maximum efficiency for both small and large production volumes. The integration of 100% optical inspection (AOI 3D) and dedicated testing ensures products comply with the most rigorous industry standards.
We utilize two distinct technologies for soldering THT components: •Wave Soldering: Using carriers for boards requiring high productivity, repeatability, and high quality. • Selective Point-to-Point Soldering: Used for prototypes, samples, production starts, and limited runs, offering maximum flexibility without the need for dedicated equipment
We offer testing solutions based on the specific volume of the production lot: • SPEA 3030IL Machines: These perform ICT (In-Circuit Test) and Functional Testing (OBP + FCT). Dedicated fixtures guarantee reduced cycle times, high repeatability, and complete automation—ideal for stable, high-volume production.
• SPEA 4060FP Machines: These perform parametric testing using flying probe technology. They require no fixtures, making them ideal for small quantities due to rapid setup and reduced costs. • FCT Benches: Manual fixtures offer a simple and cost-effective solution for limited production runs or prototyping.
To complete the electronic board production process, we perform electromechanical assemblies of varying complexity. This includes: • Cabling and wiring. • Semi-automatic siliconing of board housings. • Potting and mechanical assembly to provide a finished product to the client.
